# 7.3 DAO Participation Model and Incentive Structure

TRIPLE PLUS’s DAO is structured as a participatory economic community, not just a governance mechanism. Incentives are designed to reward meaningful contribution and long-term engagement.

* Proposal Incentives: Proposal authors receive rewards if their ideas pass, along with a reputation score
* Voter Rewards: Users earn TTT or DAO reward tokens for participating in votes
* Ranked Participation System: Top contributors may gain additional voting power or exclusive rewards
* DAO Ambassador Program: Regional representatives who grow and support local DAO forums receive compensation

This model encourages purpose-driven participation that strengthens the DAO beyond short-term incentives.
